Upon receipt of an order Wholesalestockroom processes the order within 24 hours. 95% of our deliveries arrive within 7 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses.
Products maybe shipped from multiple shipping points, therefore shipping costs may vary. You will see the exact shipping amount that will be added to the cost of the order before you check out. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses.
We normally ship within 1-2 business days of when you place your order.
If your order arrives damaged you should e-mail sales@wholesalestockroom.com immediately so we may take care of this problem. Please note damage on confirmation label if possible.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us at sales@wholesalestockroom.com DO NOT SHIP anything back without authorization.
