This Kulinary Series set was designed with Guy Fieri to meet the demands of the home cook and chef at a great price. They are crafted from one stamped piece of High Carbon German Steel (X50CrMoV15) for durability and heat treated for long edge life. Each knife is balanced best for its use and optimal comfort. This set includes the 8" Chef, 8" Offset Bread to prevent knuckle busting, a 5.5" Santoku, and a 4" Paring knife. Together these 4 knives will get you through all the basic cutting and food prep in your kitchen. The handle is one piece injection molded durable composite material (POM), and has Guy's signature look of the polished star and end cap.
