Set includes 3” paring, 3.25” paring, 4” utility, 5” santoku, and 6” chefs ceramic knives plus 1 acrylic holder.  Our ceramic knives are intended to complement, not replace steel knives.  Ceramic blades are very hard, but are not flexible. If improperly used, ceramic knives may chip or break. Ceramic knives are intended to cut fresh fruits, vegetables, boneless meats, and more.  Our blades have a very sharp edge and rarely needs sharpening if used properly.
